Brittney has been a dental assistant since 2015 and has recently completed her EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) training at Case Western Reserve University. With her hard work and dedication, she has gained the expertise necessary to perform more advanced dental procedures, including placing fillings.
Brittney’s favorite part of her job is serving those with dental anxiety. Seeing patients overcome their fears to regain their smiles and confidence keeps her motivated day after day. The slower pace and extra time Shiflett Family Dental provides for each patient allows her to make as much of a positive impact as she can.
Brittney received her undergraduate degree from Shawnee State University, where she was an accomplished cross country athlete. Running still encompasses much of her free time, as she runs for personal enjoyment and serves as a track coach in Johnstown. She also enjoys collecting unique dish sets and checking out local eateries with friends and family.
