Shiflett Family Dental is a family-focused general dentistry practice located in the booming Clintonville neighborhood. We proudly serve the entire Columbus, OH area, including Clintonville, Worthington, Upper Arlington, Grandview Heights, Lewis Center, Hilliard, and the Ohio State University district. You can find us in the RE/MAX Capital Centre Building with the big red sign just south of the Park of Roses.
There is convenient on-site parking on the side and rear of the building so you can get in and out of your appointment with ease. From the front entrance, walk straight back to the elevator and take it up to the second floor. Our office is Suite 207, just to the right after you step off the elevator. If you would like a complimentary cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate when you arrive, just let one of our friendly staff members know. They will be more than happy to assist you.
We know that many dental practices close their doors on Fridays or Mondays, so we have made sure to have various appointments available for your convenience. We have early morning appointments for those who prefer to get their treatment taken care of before their busy day begins. We also offer later appointment times for those who would like to get some dental work done after work.

I really love this place. I have pretty extreme anxiety issues (not just surrounding dentistry but in general) and put off going to the dentist for so many years that my teeth were terrible and I felt too embarrassed and hopeless to even start fixing it. A few years ago, I made my first appointment here and Dr. Shiflett and the staff were very understanding and didn’t make me feel judged about the state of my mouth. I’ve had very, very many appointments since then (and with their suggested endodontists and oral surgeons who also did great work) and can smile confidently again and not to have to worry about tooth pain. The dental work I’ve received has all been complication-free and held up very well. They have also been able to see me on very short notice for a couple emergencies, which I appreciated greatly. There might be cheaper options available in Columbus for emergency needs but if you need a consistent, kind and long term dentist whose work you can be confident in, I recommend this place strongly
